Description: If you have to frequently print forms or certificates like a health certfificate, a certificate of origin, insurance forms, bills and order forms, individual software which is programmed just for you and your company would be best:
- it shows a dialog to get the data: address, name of the product, ingredients/component (in case of a certificate of origin)
- put the form in the printer (in case there is no special tray for it)
- print it
A far less expensive but second best solution is to use Scan&Fill:
- scan the form with a scanner
- mark the areas to print on
- enter your data
- put the form in the printer and print on it
Without programming you can easily setup your individual forms printing environment:
- store the standard entries in files
- via shortcuts start Scan&Fill with the form and data already set
- enter only the specific data
With a bit of programming (via OLE II automation) you can further integrate Scan&Fill into your environment:
Your data entry software directly uses Scan&Fill to print on forms.
Of course you can also use Scan&Fill to print on one time forms like your daughter's application for a youth camp!
