Description: VitalCRM is a contact management system that integrates with Microsoft Office. You can store, search for and retrieve contact information quickly and easily. Communications can be attached to the contact record in the form of notes, appointments, documents etc, to be accessed at any time. To-do list and workflow engine allows you to model your own business processes within the system. Mailing list manager makes it an effective marketing tool.
The Outlook type user interface, used by Microsoft (MS) in many of its popular products immediately creates a working environment with a familiar look and feel for the user. VitalCRM is fully integrated into MS Outlook allowing appointments to be viewed through the Outlook calendar or the system itself. Integration into MS Office allows mail merges to be executed with MS Word and existing documents to be associated with a contact record with ease.
